This machine works harmoniously with air in-feed conveyor. It holds the bottles by the neck, thus, reducing the possibility of bottles falling over during conveying process. Furthermore, this design also solves the bottle softening problem during hot-filling.

Features

1.	Built-in CIP (Clean-In-Place) function, which can effectively wash and sanitize the filler before and after each filling session.
2.	Stainless steel construction, which gives excellent appearance and can be easily disinfected.
3.	The motor speed is controlled by a variable-frequency-drive, therefore, the product rate can be adjusted and monitored easily through remote controlled, man-machine interface.
4.	The suspending design allows the maintenance to be performed easily due to fewer moving parts.
5.	Eliminate the need to change machine height when bottles sizes are changed. Therefore, increasing change-over speed and accuracy.
6.	This machine will automatically pause operation if a bottle is jammed.
